Although Dannijo is not an African jewelry brand, their
current collection is inspired by the beauty of the continent and was manufactured in Rwanda. Dannijo founders, sisters Jodie and Danielle Snyder,
are not strangers to using rich cultures and tribal-like designs as primary influences
for their work. The sisters casted the beautiful Cayman-born British Model/Actress
Selita Ebanks for the Spring 2014 lookbook, styled by Kelly Framel. I have been a fan of Dannijo for a few
years now and I have seen tremendous growth with their creativity and ingenuity. Another notable collection to check out by the brand is the ‘Fine by DanniJones’ collaboration which was created with
bi-racial beauty Rashida Jones. It is filled with adorably delicate pieces representing sisterhood and happiness.
