Tao Okamoto is a true goddess of the deep blue in this editorial appropriately titled, “Treasures of the Sea.” The Vogue Japan covergirl adorns stunning Tiffany & Co. jewelry from the 2015 Blue Book collection and slightly tousled curls. The cover and editorial were shot by Victor Demarchelier and styled by Aurora Sansone. This is Okamoto’s fifth Vogue cover in the past five years, and her 36th Vogue editorial. That includes Vogue Japan, Vogue Italia, Vogue Paris, Vogue China, Vogue Russia, and American Vogue. According to Okamoto’s Instagram feed, when the Japanese beauty isn’t posing for Vogue domestically or internationally, she’s just a regular girl who is obsessed with taking pictures of her adorable kitten Uni. What’s not to like?
